Shipping Methods and Fees

We offer the following shipping options:

  • 24-Hour Tracked & Signed – £8.99
  • 48-Hour Tracked & Signed – £5.99
  • Standard Delivery (3-5 Days Tracked) – £3.99
  • International Tracked & Signed Delivery – £10.99

Once your order is placed, we start processing it immediately to ensure a timely dispatch. If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via email. However, Rodgiesgiftshop is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier. Orders will only be considered lost if not received 14 days after dispatch. During any courier delays, no replacements will be issued until the item is officially declared lost.

All shipping methods come with tracking and require a signature upon delivery.

Damaged Goods

We take pride in delivering our products in excellent condition, and each item is carefully packaged. In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and its original packaging. Without these photos, we cannot offer a replacement.
